With the 100th Anniversary of the formation of the Royal Air Force (RAF) due on the 1st of April 2018 there is unique opportunity to use this landmark to raise funds for the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund (RAFBF).

Through close collaboration with the Charity and by harnessing the talents of a small team of volunteers, we are writing a Book celebrating the history of the RAF through the countries in which it has operated and the food associated with those countries.
